2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to:

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate FxSocket. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly and is PCI DSS compliant.
- Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.
- Telegram Bot API: Contact form submissions are forwarded to our team via Telegram. Only the information you provide in the form is transmitted.
- Umami: Privacy-focused website analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All data is aggregated and anonymous. See umami.is/privacy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
What Are Cookies?
Small files stored on your device to improve your experience on our website.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential cookies: Required for site operation (e.g., session management).
- Analytics: We use Umami for website analytics, which is cookie-free and does not store any personal data on your device. No analytical cookies are set.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., language, theme).
Session Recording
To find bugs and see where our website and dashboard are hard to use, we record browsing sessions with OpenReplay, an open-source session replay tool. We run our own OpenReplay server, so recordings are not sent to OpenReplay or to any other third party.
A recording captures:
- The pages you visit and how their content changes while you are on them, including the text shown on screen.
- Mouse movements, clicks, taps, and scrolling.
- Technical details: browser, device, operating system, screen size, approximate location derived from your IP address, page load timings, console messages and errors, and the addresses and status codes of the network requests the page makes.
What you type into form fields is masked in your browser before anything is sent. The contents of network requests and responses, cookies, and authorization headers are not recorded. When you are logged in to the dashboard, the recording is linked to your account email so we can investigate problems you report.
OpenReplay does not set cookies. It keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage and details of the current visit in session storage, so a visit can be followed across pages. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser. The rights described in Section 10 apply to recordings as well.
Managing Cookies
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may limit some website features. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set.

Your personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, or resolve issues. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
